EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR JOB DESCRIPTION The Executive Director (ED) of the Racine Concert Band (RCB) is responsible for the daily operations of RCB. The ED reports directly to the President of the Board of Directors (BoD) and is a voting member of the BoD as well as a member of the Executive Committee.
