Living As A Leader Information Session

RAMAC along with the Racine County Economic Development Corporation (RCEDC) and Living As A Leader collaborate to offer a comprehensive Leadership Development Series. The next year-long series begins in April of 2023.
We invite you to attend this FREE Information Session to learn more about the Series - a 12-month Leadership Development Series designed to help you and your organization?s leaders improve the employee experience and drive business results through more effective leadership.
As a participant in the series, you will develop skills to more effectively:
- Motivate, engage and retain employees
- Address difficult situations and unmet expectations by employees
- Maximize employee performance
- Respond to the differing expectations of the emerging workforce
NOTE: Through funding from the County of Racine, a Matching Grant Program (MGP) was established with the goal of providing a means for existing small and medium-sized companies to obtain professional services for continued business growth.
The cost for the Living As A Leader Series qualifies for the MGP of 50% or up to $5,000. You may download the grant application HERE.
