The next year-long series begins in April of 2023.\n\n\nWe invite you to attend this FREE Information Session to learn more about the Series - a 12-month Leadership Development Series designed to help you and your organization?s leaders improve the employee experience and drive business results through more effective leadership. \n\n \n\nAs a participant in the series\, you will develop skills to more effectively:\n\n\n	Motivate\, engage and retain employees\n	Address difficult situations and unmet expectations by employees\n	Maximize employee performance\n	Respond to the differing expectations of the emerging workforce\n\n\n\n NOTE: Through funding from the County of Racine\, a Matching Grant Program (MGP) was established with the goal of providing a means for existing small and medium-sized companies to obtain professional services for continued business growth.\n\n \n\nThe cost for the Living As A Leader Series qualifies for the MGP of 50% or up to $5\,000.
