Customer Service/Project Coordinator

Job description:
Econoprint is looking for an individual with at least 1 year of experience in B2B customer service. This individual is solution driven, detail oriented, extremely well organized, and great at multi-tasking. Outstanding problem solving abilities and mathematical skills are required to be successful. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines while having a positive attitude in challenging situations are necessary. Graphic industry experience is a plus. We are a fast-paced facility and require an individual who can bring experience and knowledge to the position. A flexible schedule is needed as this is a full-time, Monday – Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm, 8 hour per day position that may occasionally require longer hours to get the job done.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Manage and prioritize all projects and tasks daily
- Gather accurate project specifications and deadlines from the customer or prospect
- Generate estimates
- Schedule production, order job related materials, and outsource necessary services
- Schedule each department with appropriate completion times and dates
- Take ownership of the project and initiate solutions to produce the project more cost effectively or correct the issues during the production process
- Report and correct any problem that the account might have with quality or service and implement a resolution
- Keep sales advised on accounts: personnel moves, large projects coming up and any business we should be doing but are not
- Use an educational and consultative approach with customers for Econoprint and the customer to work closer and more efficiently
- Ensure invoices are accurate in relation to the estimate provided to the customer
- Ensure quality expectations, delivery dates and times are met
