Assembly Mechanic
Responsible for maintenance and preventive maintenance on all equipment in the department.
Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, repairing all equipment-related problems with any ability and advising the supervisor of any problems not repairable by the mechanic. Monitors all equipment for wear, misuse, or damage and reports findings to their supervisor. Orders all supplies as needed to minimize downtime and performs daily, weekly, and monthly inspections as outlined in pertaining records. Responsible for maintaining the safety and integrity of the products produced. Responsible for the BRC regulations/requirements.
High school diploma or equivalent. Technical and/or appropriate on-the-job training. Excellent communication skills and the ability to read and write English. Requires a strong mechanical aptitude and past experience.
