Chemical Engineer
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize chemical processes for manufacturing operations.
- Conduct experiments and analyze data to improve product quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines are met through effective project scheduling.
- Implement and maintain compliance with FDA regulations and CGMP standards.
- Utilize AutoCAD for designing process layouts and equipment specifications.
- Manage projects effectively, ensuring adherence to Lean manufacturing principles.
- Troubleshoot issues related to logic controllers and other automation systems within the production environment.
- Stay updated on advancements in quantum engineering to integrate innovative solutions into existing processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- 2-3 years of experience in an engineering / chemical engineering role, preferably within the coating or materials industry.
- Strong knowledge of spray coating technologies, materials science, and surface chemistry.
- Proficiency in process modeling and simulation software (e.g., Aspen Plus, COMSOL, ANSYS).
- Familiarity with environmental regulations and safety standards related to chemical processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
- Engineering/Chemical Engineering: 2 years (Required)
- Spray coating technologies/materials science: 2 years (Preferred)
