Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and optimize chemical processes for manufacturing operations.
  • Conduct experiments and analyze data to improve product quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines are met through effective project scheduling.
  • Implement and maintain compliance with FDA regulations and CGMP standards.
  • Utilize AutoCAD for designing process layouts and equipment specifications.
  • Manage projects effectively, ensuring adherence to Lean manufacturing principles.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to logic controllers and other automation systems within the production environment.
  • Stay updated on advancements in quantum engineering to integrate innovative solutions into existing processes.
Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
  • 2-3 years of experience in an engineering / chemical engineering role, preferably within the coating or materials industry.
  • Strong knowledge of spray coating technologies, materials science, and surface chemistry.
  • Proficiency in process modeling and simulation software (e.g., Aspen Plus, COMSOL, ANSYS).
  • Familiarity with environmental regulations and safety standards related to chemical processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Education:
  • Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
  • Engineering/Chemical Engineering: 2 years (Required)
  • Spray coating technologies/materials science: 2 years (Preferred)
