Annual Dinner for networking, dinner, RAMAC's year-end review for 2022, and a keynote address by Josh Jeffers of J. Jeffers and Co.

Josh Jeffers is the Founder and CEO of J. Jeffers & Co. headquartered in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Prior to forming the company in 2012, Josh worked in the private equity real estate industry, starting his career in the acquisitions department of Walton Street Capital in Chicago. Josh’s transactional experience includes over $1.4 billion of commercial real estate investments in U.S. and international markets, and spans office, retail, multifamily, industrial, hospitality, and mixed-use asset types. Josh founded the company with a goal of building a different kind of real estate firm: one that embraces real estate development as a powerful tool for catalytic impact on our most historic communities.

With a core commitment to historic preservation, adaptive reuse, along with architecturally sensitive new construction, J. Jeffers & Co. strives to create value for both our investors and the communities we work in. J. Jeffers is a company built on the principles of Accountability, Integrity, and Perseverance, all of which we believe are essential for achieving high-quality outcomes for all of our partners and stakeholders.

Josh earned a Master's Degree in Public Policy from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University, and a BBA in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He resides in Wauwatosa with his family.

Dinner will include salad, entree, and dessert along with a coffee station. Cash bar.
