MEMBER EVENT: NAMI Peer-to-Peer
NAMI Peer-to-Peer is a recovery education course open to anyone living with a mental health condition. On September 6th, NAMI will start online classes via Zoom. Registration is required.
Classes are designed to encourage growth, healing, and recovery among participants. Learn how to create a personalized relapse prevention plan, interact with health care providers, develop confidence for making decisions and reducing stress, understand the impacts of symptoms on their life, and access resources to maintain their journey toward recovery.
