NAMI Family-to-Family is a free, 8-session educational program for families, significant others, and friends of people with mental health conditions. Not only will this course provide information and strategies for taking care of the person you love, but you’ll also find out that you’re not alone.
This 20-hour course will provide critical information and strategies for navigating a loved one's mental illness. Led by others with similar experiences, you will learn how to: manage crises, solve problems, and communicate effectively so you can take care of yourself and your family, advocate for your loved one, and access critical resources.
