MEMBER EVENT: Dollar$ for Scholars
A Wine & Beer Tasting fundraising event sponsored by Society’s Assets.
Proceeds from annual fundraising activities are used to provide scholarship awards to students with disabilities. Individuals residing in the agency’s service area who are enrolled in associate, bachelor or graduate studies are eligible for the scholarships that generally range between $500 and $5000. Judging is based on academic record, extracurricular activities, personal essay and recommendations.
Over $200,000 in scholarships have been awarded since 1998. For more information, contact Donna Menarek, Marketing and Development Director, at the Society's Assets main office in Racine (262) 637-9128. Email is dmenarek@societysassets.org
