Member-2-Member (M2M) Breakfast

M2M breakfasts feature a RAMAC member sharing information and expertise around a specific topic to help others solve a business, manufacturing or personnel issue.


This month our speaker, Marie Watkins of Polaris Talent, has suggestions as to how to think inclusively when hiring, focusing on how to think outside of the box to find great employees who may not check every box on the job description. Companies that hire on potential and know how to interview with a focus on including people rather than selecting them out are stronger companies long term.
