Many people struggle with communication in the workplace. This is especially true when faced with others’ poor performance or behavior, differences of opinion and uncomfortable emotions. This breakfast session, Approach Difficult Conversations with Confidence, addresses this struggle.

In this session, Living As A Leader facilitator, Patrice McGuire, will discuss the natural human tendencies to default to disrespectful communication under pressure. To help combat these tendencies, she will introduce tools to help you communicate more effectively, particularly under pressure.
