Emerging Leader Series (1 of 6) - Living As A Leader
Build the leaders your organization will rely on next.
RAMAC and RCEDC are collaborating once again with Living As A Leader to bring a leadership series to Racine.
See link here for details: Public Emerging Leader Series
This 6-month series held in Racine is designed for anyone looking to grow their confidence, adapt to change, and expand their impact - whether or not “leader” is in their job title. The ideal participant does not need direct reports but could be a project manager, project lead, or an employee preparing for expanded responsibilities.
Spring 2026 Session Schedule:
- May 12 – Serve Others in the Workplace
- June 9 – Communicate by Design
- July 14 – Understand Your Interpersonal Style
- August 11 – Solve Problems, Make Sound Decisions
- September 15 – Cope with Change
- October 13 – Strategies for Terrific Teamwork
*NOTE: RCEDC does offer a Racine County Matching Grant – certain organizations may be eligible for funding to help offset training costs. We can connect you with RCEDC directly if you have questions about the matching grant.
Racine pilot series participants stated:
“This training is very informative, interactive, and relatable. Enjoy learning new things to take away with me each session.”
