Customer Service Specialists (CSS) require specialized knowledge of human relations concepts with a focused application to customer and coworker interaction in the workplace. A CSS will provide memorable customer support by meeting customer service demands, knowing their business/services and products, and the best way to meet customer needs.

This course will help you build the necessary skills needed to be successful in working with internal and external customers.
This course also prepares you for the ETA-I Customer Service Specialist (CSS) exam which will be conducted at the end of the course. Become certified!
