Continuous Improvement Roundtable (5 of 6)

This Continuous Improvement Roundtable is a collaboration between RAMAC and RCEDC. Designed for managers and leads in manufacturing who are responsible for driving continuous improvement and quality, the Continuous Improvement Roundtable (CIRT) will encourage learning and best practice sharing among Racine County’s manufacturing companies. 
 
The CI Roundtable will meet 6 times (every other month), January through November 2026.
 
The CIRT will allow manufacturing professionals to meet as peers. Participation allows manufacturing professionals to take a step back from daily responsibilities to think strategically about improving their company’s processes. The group will share concerns, successes, strategies, and strengths on various topics and will learn from each other through regular monthly discussions facilitated by WMEP. Regular facility tours will be included during some months to allow participants to learn by experiencing how other local manufacturers are implementing continuous improvement practices.
