This session of the Frontline Leadership Series - Communication Skills - is cancelled. This session (and the full series) is also offered again at RAMAC on September 23rd.

This series is for those individuals who provide leadership or formal guidance to a workgroup without the power to hire, fire, promote, or conduct performance reviews.

Frontline leaders must be excellent communicators with their team, their peers, and their managers.  This one-day program helps you master effective listening skills, enhance communication methods, and practice the ability to constructively give and receive feedback.
