He moved to the Milwaukee Field Office in 2015 as an intelligence analyst and has supported FBI Milwaukee's Counterintelligence\, Weapons of Mass Destruction\, and Cyber programs. Tom has a degree in psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a degree in computer science from Oregon State University.\n\n As an intelligence analyst\, it's his job to identify cyber threats to\, and vulnerabilities in\, Wisconsin using all possible sources of information and then figuring out and providing recommendations on how to address and mitigate those threats\, as well as get ahead of evolving threats and what may be coming on the horizon.\n\n\n\nAccompanying Agent Gatham will be Special Agent Brian McGowan. Special Agent Brian McGowan is assigned to the FBI's Milwaukee Field Office where he serves as the Private Sector Coordinator for the FBI in the State of Wisconsin. His duties include acting as the liaison between the Bureau and Wisconsin businesses as well as serving as the coordinator for the Domestic Security Alliance Council (DSAC) and InfraGard\, all with the common goal of working collaboratively to make our communities and Nation secure.
