SUMMARY:MEMBER EVENT: Quilts on Barns Road Adventure
DESCRIPTION:The Racine Arts Council is hosting our 3rd "Quilts on Barns Road Adventure"\, October 8th utilizing our driving tour map of 28 quilted barns. What better way to celebrate beautiful Racine County than to travel throughout rural and urban areas looking for quilted barns\, driving down rustic roads\, eating a caramel apple and enjoying the fall color!\n\n \n\nFeatured this year\, a "Live" musical performance by folk singer/songwriter Mark Paffrath from 11:00am until 12:30pm. Mark has been charming audiences for longer than he can believe! From the concert and festival stage to your local bar and grill or coffeehouse\, his thoughtfully chosen interpretations and well-crafted original music are as much about his history as where he would like to be. This "Wheat Matters" quilted barn\, 34120 Spring Prairie Rd. is owned by Nancy Bassett a professional artisan bread baker. Take a driving break\, bring your lawn chair\, grab a summertime hotdog\, chips and a root beer as you to enjoy some music and great friendship.
