DESCRIPTION:This is an informational session for the RAMAC HR Roundtable\, designed for those who "do" HR either as their entire job or as a portion of their responsibilities.   \n\n\n\nRAMAC will host another HR Roundtable cohort starting in September 2023\, facilitated by Bob Gleason. This roundtable allows for HR professionals and for those who wear an HR hat on occasion to get-together as peers. Together the group shares concerns and successes\, strategies and strengths\, and will learn from each other through regular monthly discussion.\n\n \n\nThis informational meeting will be a chance to discuss topics of interest\, provide introductions\, and  get a basic overview of what the year will hold if you choose to fully sign up.\n\n\n\nAbout the Facilitator: Bob Gleason brings extensive and diverse experience to improve performance and organizational effectiveness.  He has a proven ability to enhance team collaboration and elevate organizational culture through the implementation of key HR initiatives and strategies. His background includes manufacturing\, non-profit\, and healthcare\, with organizations ranging from 300 to 5\,000 employees. He is recognized for his objective analysis and proactive solutions that result in cost effective business practices.
