Customer Service Representative - Manufacturing

Aggregate Equipment Manufacturer looking for a Customer Service Representative. Mechanical background a plus. Fast paced environment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Field all requests for quotations calls
  • Provide customers with quotations to include price and lead time
  • Work with other departments on the priority of sales order to ensure that the most important projects is getting the attention that is required
  • Complete all required documents and drawing requirements upon customer request
  • Work with engineering to ensure any customer complaints are being addressed and product improvement continues to be a priority with company
  • Attend customer meetings as necessary
  • Do the daily shippers to confirm all shipments that have left the day prior
  • Work with the Vice President
  • Track the backlog and monthly shipments to ensure weekly/monthly goals stay on track
  • Arrange all customer shipments in conjunction with the shipping department


  • Ensure all shipments with any priority are shipped prior to the end of the week
  • Spot check to ensure proper inventory is being kept on critical items


  • Track monthly shipments to ensure all are completed by month’s end
